Program Rules & Guidelines:

  1. Person calling (lead) for an appointment must give name of person who referred them by the end of the estimate appointment.
  2. Only one referral bonus to be paid per lead. If lead gives multiple names, only first one given will receive referral bonus. EBS will not make decisions about multiple payments or make split payments.
  3. Job to be scheduled, installed and paid in full prior to referral bonus being paid.
  4. Calls that suggest that we contact a third party do not qualify for referral bonus.
  5. EBS referral program is operated, interpreted, mediated and maintained by Evergreen Basement Systems and all decisions made by EBS are final and not subject to appeal.
  6. Any individual receiving $600 or more in a given year will receive a 1099 per tax law.
  7. Any referral fees collected should be claimed on income tax as wages and/or tips per tax law.
  8. There is no maximum number of referral bonuses that will be paid to any individual.
  9. No self referrals are allowed. No spousal referrals are allowed.
  10. For referred jobs totaling less than $1500, the referral bonus will be $50. For referred jobs totaling more than $1501, the referral bonus will be $100.
  11. Program is subject to end at any time.
  12. You must be registered in the program to receive the referral bonus. The purpose of registration is to make sure that we have the correct contact information for the person referring us. In the event a name is given that is not registered in our program, we will hold the referral bonus for 90 days while we try to get contact info for the person who referred us. If after 90 days we can not get contact info, the bonus will be void.
  13. Employees of EBS or Evergreen Concrete Company, Inc are not eligible.
  14. Referrals made by a company or an individual representing a company will be paid to the company and any disbursement of the bonus will be the referring company's responsibility. Companies are encouraged to contact us prior to referrals to obtain additional literature.
