The smiling, friendly voice you hear when you call Evergreen Basement Systems may be the one belonging to Carole Hamlett. As Office Manager, she makes sure our customers are taken care of in a prompt, courteous manner. As champion of our WOW Service program, Carole wants not just to help our customers, but to help other Team members give our customers the best experience possible. Carole considers the customer her number one priority!
Carole became acquainted with Bob and Shauna Parsons through her work at a local golf course. When she heard that Evergreen needed to add onto their office staff Carole lost little time in contacting them and applying for the job. She has an extensive background in customer service through varied work experiences in retail, golf, trucking and restaurant positions which made her an excellent candidate and a perfect fit at Evergreen Basement Systems.
Carole has been a vital part of Team Evergreen since 2007 and genuinely cares about her co-workers. She makes sure birthdays and other special events get mentioned, and always takes the time to acknowledge the accomplishments of the system designers and installers. She is always right there to give them a pat on the back and words of praise, sometimes just what they need after a day in a tight crawl space or leaky basement.
When she's not at work Carole enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Chris, and her children. Carole's other interests include golf, people watching, Facebook and socializing with family and friends. Carole is proud to have been born and raised in central Virginia and lives in Appomattox.
